Background
PVH Hospitality, the events department of Tommy Hilfiger & Calvin Klein. Asked me to rebuilt the internal team, which had fallen apart due to the pandemic. As I am always up for a challenge, I took the opportunity and achieved the following results:
Solution
- Create a structure for the recruitment of hospitality staff members.
- Grow the team from 4 to 80 hospitality staff members in a halve year.
- Create structure for the management and coordination of hospitality staff.
- Creating a fun and cheerful manual for the hospitality staff.
- Drive the market research & selection of a new payroll company, including an onboarding tool for the staff members
